Cococin is a new nutritional substance obtained through the process of spray drying (lyophilization) coconut water extracted from the interior of green, immature coconuts (Cocos nucifera L.).

It is a liquid endosperm that serves as a reservoir of nutritional and growth substances from which the growing and maturing coconut draws.

The lyophilization process ensures the preservation of the unchanged biological potential of active substances found in fresh water.

This water is extremely rich in nutrients, including proteins, amino acids, sugars, vitamins (A, B1, B2, B5, E, and C), minerals (potassium, sodium, phosphorus, and chlorine), and growth hormones such as kinetin.
